Bank Deposit (Cash/Check Deposit)
Purpose:
To move Cash and Check from your Petty Cash Account to a Bank Account. To move Credit payment types to a Bank Account see Credit Card Settlement.
From the Graphical Menu in the center of the Main Screen click on the Category Sales

then Click on

A screen will appear asking for 'What do you want to do?':

Select the option 'Create a New Cash/Check Bank Deposit'
The following screen will appear:

Select the Cash Drawer you are depositing from. Then click OK button
The following screen will appear:

Select the Bank Account that the deposit will be deposited into.
The following screen will appear:

Select the Yes button.
The following screen will appear with all the Checks that have been verified:

Select the Checks that you want to deposit on this current deposit by clicking the checkbox in the Add column.

Then click on the button.
the following screen will appear:

Make sure the information is correct. Enter the Coin and Currency amount in the top right corner.
Click on the button at the bottom right of screen to Post Deposit.
