Setup Employees
Need a list of your Employees. The following screen shows the
Fields for a Import. (Employee ID, Name is the ONLY Required)
The Employee ID
is what will print on all the Customer Documents for Sales, Service Call Taker,
Tech, etc. We like to use Names to make it more personal than initials. Employee
ID have to be Unique, therefore you may need to add Last name initals.
The list needs to include if they are Sales, Office, Warehouse, Management.
Each employee will be given 'Rights' as to what they can do in
the System.
